The core of the method is called Rapid Logging—a streamlined technique using simple symbols to capture tasks (•), events (○), and notes (–). These entries are recorded in Daily Logs, summarised in Monthly Logs, and anticipated in the Future Log, all indexed at the front for effortless reference.
