• The Writer’s Gate is not liable for delays or lost parcels once they are in transit.

• Returns for change of mind will be at our discretion

• We do not offer returns for change of mind on products that have been customised.

• Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

• Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
